Today’s recipe is chocolate syrup. we use chocolate syrup for desserts like a cupcake, cold coffee, cake and ice cream. it gives a nice flavor to any sweet dish. it’s very easy to make at home with simple ingredients.
Preparation Time: 1 Hour Cooking Time: 10-12 minute Serves: 7 Servings
- Cocoa powder – 1 cup
- Sugar -1 1/2 cup
- Water – 2 cup
- Salt – A pinch of
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 t spoon
First, take a saucepan, add cocoa powder and sugar in the pan, and mix it well. Now, add water and stir it for 2 minutes. Make sure there is no lumps in this mixture. Now switch on the stove, put the pan on a medium flame and stir it till it gets boil. After about 3-4 minute it will start getting thicker. Cook for 3-4 minute and add vanilla essence and salt and mix it. remove the pan from heat. Let it cool and transfer it to an airtight container. You can refrigerate it for 30-40 days (1 month). Use chocolate syrup to garnish cupcake, cake, ice cream,milkshakes and other sweet dishes.
